E3 2020 and these will be its schedules
This event will present a more interactive approach that will benefit the audience
The 2020 edition will present some changes for the interaction of attendees and the general public and the company recently detailed its plans and schedules.
ESA informed through a press release that its annual event will be called “E3 2020: EVERYONE PLAYS” and that it will be held again at the Los Angeles Convention Center from Monday 9 to Thursday 11 June.
One of the novelties of this new edition is that the event will be reinvented in order to include new experiences, interactive zones and live events. Like previous years, there will be guests and celebrities in the ceremony and everything that happens can be seen by millions of players worldwide thanks to full coverage of the event.
“We are working to make the E3 2020 a more immersive and interactive experience with an exhibition floor that will amplify our exhibitors, their innovations and advertisements. The E3 experience is a presentation of the industry like no other. It connects the media, brands, innovators and super fans, with each other, ”said ESA president and CEO Stanley Pierre-Louis.
More information about the 2020 edition is expected to be released tomorrow, February 13, but it was anticipated that some of the invited companies will be Xbox, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Bethesda, SEGA, Capcom, Square Enix, Take-Two, Bandai Namco and Warner Bros. Games.
Similarly, ESA anticipated that the format will be the same: there will be a pass for exhibitors, specials and media; one for gamers ($ 165 USD), and a premium pass ($ 995 USD, which will have exclusive benefits). Only the members of the industry will be able to enter the first day, while in the last everyone who has a pass will have access. Registration will be done through its online page from next February 15.
And you, what do you think of ESA’s plans for E3 2020? Are you excited to be part of this event? Are you interested in the ads that companies will make? Tell us in the comments.
Precisely today we also learned that Geoff Keighley, an important member of the videogame media and that in recent years has produced E3 Coliseum, will not be present this year. On the other hand, we already know which presentation is already confirmed for the June event.
